This is the text of the lecture I gave at the faculty of politics University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia on November the 17 th. 1982. This text consists of two parts. The first part is the text written in Japanese. The second one is the text translated into the Serbian language by Dr. Dejan Razic. In this lecture I told about the following three points. First, I explained how to interprete the "war-renouncing" article. Second, I made it clear how decisively the article has been and is being ignored by the Japanese government since 1950. Third, I mentioned the political importance of the year 1983. |
