In this research, it is aims that showing clearly whether WF is familiar environment for a citizen, by catching that three points, the space characteristic, public responsibility, and hydrophile property are approachability of a city and WF. WF of Kagoshima is specializing in an industrial function, and there is little public space as a feature. Furthermore both public responsibility and hydrophile property are low since the accessibility to public space is low and hydrophile property has very little high space. The approachability of a city and WF is in a thin state. Therefore, it is hard to say that the WF of Kagoshima is space familiar for a citizen. |
