内容記述 On 157 female students of junior college in Kagoshima City, the authors carried out a survey by guestionnaire regarding their dietary lives and health considerations in May, 1992. The results obtained were as follows : 1. On the self-evaluation of their dietary lives, the sum of "not so good" and "bad" was 83.4%. Some problems were found as follows. About 10% of students was rarely to eat a soy bean products, green-yellow vegetables, milk and milk maked, and seaweeds. As to small fish, "rarely to eat" was about a half of them. 2. As to "cooking", "every day" or "some times" was 83.3% of students living on their own, and 53.7% of them living with family. The 36.6% of students was rarely to cook themselves. 3. Percentage of students who have not regular time to eat was 35%, and the value of them who skipped meals habitually more than one meals skipped in a day was 10.2%. The head of the reason was "have no time" as 47.8%, and the second was "others" as 13.2%. 4. The problem that the students were most interested in was "nutritional balance" as 37.1%. 5. On the self -evaluation of usual life, there were many answers of "try to pass a day without a hitch" and "try to get enough sleep and rest". However, the students used to keep late hours, and the time to go to bed was "about 24 O'clock" as 60%, and "after 1 O'clock" as 30%. And as the reason of these, "to study" was no more than 14.6%. 6. As to the answer of their practice of habitual exercise, "usually" was 12.1 %, "rarely" was 41.4%, and "not at all or rarely" was 46.5%. 7. There were very significance between the dwelling type and cooking, meat time, skipping meals, and bedtime (P<0.001). The self-evaluation of dietary life had very significance between food intake, meal time, and skipping meals (P<0.001). The interesting significance was recognized between skipping meals and exercise of health consideration. 8. Students had the health consideration and the health intention, but these were not reflected in the actual condition of their usual lives.
