The followings were the results of the examination. (1) As for the five items of measurement in respect of height and the three in respect of breadth, we compared all the average measurements of the seventeen-year-old students with those of the sixteen-year-old ones and again with those of the eigheen-year-old ones, and as the result of these comparisons, the 5% significant difference was recognized between the biacromial breadths of the sixteen-year-old students and those of the seventeen-year-old ones, but the differences were extremely slight and negligible in other comparisons. (2) The parts of the female bodies which showed sex difference to a remakable degree were the waist height (back) and hip breadth.
