The results were as follows : (1) They managed their everyday life active, with doing household chores, gardaning, farming, or fishing. About 80 percent took care with healthily. Two-thirds were anxious for the future, especially for their health. (2) They ate meals regularly and spent 15 to 30 minutes. They tried to eat a lot of vegetables, eat regularly, eat lightly-seasoned food, eat seaweed make meals by themselves and use foods in season, and eat fish more than meat. They feed on rice as a staple food. A half of them didn't use already cooked food or instant food. They often exchanged food or vegetables with their neighbors. (3) Most of all were satisfied with their dietary habits (98.2%).
