In the last paper we reported on how it was of great use to both students and workers in Kagoshima city. This time we were engaged in the same research in the Isa region which is located in the foot of the Kirishima mountain range and where the ratio of aging is 28.7%. The results were as follows : Lots of people of advanced age were interested in food and liked home cooking, while those who live alone and feel the decline of their strength and health tended to buy delicatessen and ingredients from the traveling truck coming around to their houses called "a department store of a truck" kuruma no depato to borrow an expression of the residents. Half of them were dining out once or so a month, but they hardly went to Western-style restaurants and grillrooms. There were also many people who desired to buy sashimi or fresh slices of raw fish, even if the price was rather high. Besides, they took care to take in calcium and protein such as tofu or bean curd, milk and fermented soybeans to maintain their health. They were chatting with their neighbors who gathered around the truck, and seemed to have gained information about the region and nutrition., 3, KJ00000051878}, pages = {1--12}, title = {<報告>家庭の調理簡便化とその周辺II}, volume = {29}, year = {1999}, yomi = {オズミ, フミコ} }
