The results were as follows : (1) Most of men didn't have the experience of the dieting, but over a half of women had experienced it. Especially, 59.1% (teens) and 68.2% (20-29 years old) of \"normal\" weight young women, further 40.0% (teens) and 33.3% (20-29 years old) of \"thin\" young women had experienced the dieting. (2) About a half of experienced men and women succeeded their dieting. The dieting methods were categorized to \"food\", \"exercise\", \"special food\" and \"others\". A half of men continued over 6 months, but most of women did it shorter than men. Women who continued it less than 3 months could not succeed the dieting. (3) They were not interested in their dietary habits, and they got 3.0 points out of 9 good habits.
