〓 キビナゴ脂質の脂肪酸組成 Fatty Acids Composition of the Lipids from Spratelloides japonicus (Kibinago) 櫛笥, 隆弘 クシゲ, タカヒロ 松元, 益子 マツモト, マスコ KUSHIGE, Takahiro MATSUMOTO, Masuko The report determined the fatty acid composition of the lipid from Spratelloides japonicus (Kibinago). The fish examined contained 2.0% of lipid, and A. V., S. V. and I. V. of the lipid were 16.7,197.8 and 185.7 respectively. In the total lipid, phospholipid was 45.4%. Simplelipid and glycolipid were 48.l% and 6.5% each. The major fatty acids of the lipid were C_<22 : 6> (25.8%), C_<16 : 0> (22.5%), C_<20 : 5> (11.2%) and C_<18 : 1> (7.3%). The lipid contained a high percentage of C_<22 : 6> in comparison with the other fish lipids. In the lipid there was a ratio of four polyenes to one monoene. The ratio was not usual in the other fish lipids. The main fatty acid C_<22 : 6> had a tendency to exists as a component of phospholipid. The C_<26 : 0> was detected in glycolipid, and C_<20 : 5> was in simple and phospholipid. It was recognized that C_<23 : 0>, rare acid in the other fishes, presented in phospholipid and glycolipid. The phospholipid fraction was rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids in comparison with other fractions.
