健常地域高齢者の社会活動参加と健康と食生活に関する研究 A Questionnaire Survey on Factors to Participate in the Social Activities, Health Conditions and Dietary Habits of Healthy Elderly in Kagoshima City 町田, 和恵 マチダ, カズエ 進藤 智子 シンドウ, トモコ MACHIDA, Kazue SHINDO Tomoko 食生活 健康な高齢者 社会活動 鹿児島市 Dietary Habits Healthy Elderly Social Activities Kagoshima City We conducted the questionnaire survey to reveal the factors to participate in the social activities, health conditions and dietary habits of 266 healthy elderly in Kagoshima City from November 2006 to January 2007 (recovery ratio : 95%). The results are as follows; 1. To overcome obesity seems to be related to participate in the social activity. 2. Those who have the practice to do exercise participate in the social activities more than those who do not have it. 3. The respondents can be satisfied with the eating environment even if they eat alone. To eat with other people does not necessarily need to satisfy the meal. 4. To have some diseases does not become an obstacle to participate in the social activities. 5.
