写真計測による側面体型の考察 : 高校生について A Study on the Photographic Side-Silhouettes : In the case of a high-school students 〓 茅野, 艶子 カヤノ, ツヤコ 森田, 寛子 モリタ, トモコ 坂ノ上, まり子 サカノウエ, マリコ KAYANO, Tsuyako MORITA, Tomoko SAKANOUE, Mariko We photographed the side-bodies of two hundred and sixty students of a high-school ranging in age from 15 to 19 (one hundred and twenty one male students ; one hundred and thirty-nine female students) by means of the Type II silhouetter. We examined these photographs as an important data for our study, and classified them into several types from the point of the side-body form or posture. The results are as follows : -(1) As regards the uneven extent of the frontal truncus region, most students of both sexes have the body the breast region of which is more protruding than the abdomenal region. There are three types ; (3) CC type, (9) MC type, (6) HC type. About ninety-one per cent of the male students and about seventy-four per cent of the female students show one of these types. As regards that of the rear truncus region, about forty-nine per cent of the male students and about seventy-three per cent of the female students have the body the scapula region of which is more protruding than the hip ((3) CC type, (2) CM type, (1) CH type). The distinction of sex was clearly recognized about the side-body form. (2) As regards the measure lordosis (Fig.1,WX), both male and female students marked individual difference. Individual features as seen in the angulus curved of the columna vertebralis are an important factor which we must consider when we make a fitting clothes or make a clothes in such a way as to hide bodily defects. The average measure lordosis of both sexes and its average index showed no level of significance. (3) It was observed that the truncus depth (Fig.1,horizontal distance between X and Y) is useful as including both the depth and the inclination extent of the posture of the body in making a fitting clothes.
