<datacite:description descriptionType="Other">The physical properties and the blood components of 30 women's students of junior college in Kagoshima were investigated together with a questionnaire on nutrition intake in Feb., 1995. On the average values of physical properties, the stature was 157.5±4.4 cm and the body weight was 51.8±6.3 kg. These values were roughly similar with the standard values of estimation, 158.1 cm and 51.31 kg, in Recommended Dietary Allowances. The body mass index, the obesity rate and the body fat percentage were 20.8 kg/m^2,5.3% and 26.2%, respectively. In these factors of obesity indicators, the considerable difference was observed in the estimation. The most severe estimation-method of obesity was body fat percentage, and next was body mass index, followed obesity rate. The blood pressure and the blood components were normal in the average values. The women who had the excess values of total-cholesterol were 6.6%, and triglyceride were same before. The lacked values of iron were recognized in the women as 3.3%, and albumin and albumin-globulin ratio as the same percent. Energy intake maintained an average of 1580±270 kilo calories. The intake of every nutrient was a very small quantity except the fats. Energy ratio of Fat to Total Nutrient was 31.5% in a high value. The strong correlations were observed between one factor of obesity indicators with another factors (p<0.01). There were the positive correlations between the values of obesity indicators and that of blood sugar (P<0.01).</datacite:description>
